Tickets

1.1

Registering on this website does not guarantee that a ticket will be allocated. Ticket allocations will be drawn from the total number of registrants, based on criteria determined by Urban Wave.

1.2

Decisions made as to whether to allocate tickets to any individual are made by Urban Wave. These decisions are final. No correspondence in this regard will be entered into.

1.3

All who participate in this promotion, and enter their details on this website, agree to these official terms and conditions.

2.

Admission

2.1

Guests will be informed via SMS and/or email of their invitation to a specific event and may be required to confirm their invite by return SMS at standard network rates.

2.2

The SMS invitation will state how many secondary guests, if any, will be granted entry to the event. Secondary guests will not receive SMS invitations of their own and must enter the event together with the primary guest.

2.3

All invitees including secondary guests will be required to present their ID to gain admission to the event. No entry will be allowed without ID, passport or driver's license.

2.4

Right of admission is reserved and under no circumstances will anyone under the age of 18 be admitted.

2.5

Each invitation is valid for the specified event only.

2.6

Invitations are not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.

3.

General

3.1

Urban Wave shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any loss whatsoever which may be suffered as a result of the cancellation or postponement of an event.

3.2

Neither Urban Wave nor any other party involved in the planning, production or promotion of any Urban Wave event will be liable in respect of any fraudulent tickets presented at the venue of the event.

3.3

All information relating to this event published on any promotional or advertising material in any media at any time before or during the competition period will form part of the terms and conditions of the event.

3.4

By participating in this promotion, you agree to release and hold Urban Wave and their agencies and promoters free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any ticket, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

3.5

Urban Wave and its agencies and promoters are not responsible for:

3.5.1

Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail or SMS communication;

3.5.2

Telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;

3.5.3

Errors in transmission, any condition caused by events beyond the control of Urban Wave, which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

3.6

Urban Wave will not be held responsible for communication not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the registration mechanism supplied.
